Are you looking for a down to earth dealership with reasonable prices and good work ethic? If so, then come to Henry Arnold Ford. They carry on with business the old fashoned way. They are trustworthy and do excellent work. I know some people who will drive long distances to go to Henry Arnold Ford to get work done on their cars versus taking it to the local dealership. This dealership was owned and operated by Henry Arnold for many years, and after his passing his son Mike Arnold has taken the reigns and has done an excellent job at keeping that historical trust and good workmanship going. The folks at Henry Arnold Ford will go out of their way to keep you coming back.
carried a truck over here to have the PCM flashed and Craig stated it was an aftermarket PCM they run into problems all of the time and reprogrammed the old PCM. Said the new PCM couldn't be flashed and then charged me $75.00 to flash the old computer. No explanation. Then they said they as a Ford dealership couldn't get a PCM, but yet I called Town & Country Ford and they can get PCM's all day long. This gentleman that I dealt with is very rude and obnoxious his name would be Craig.. Don't go to this dealership.
