It's never open when I've stopped there at 5.
The Food is made right and presentable. Only when the young man, Mr.Dwight Laster works.He is a cook there, that's the only time I go there to eat. If i don't see his vehicle in the parking lot at Hardees where the employees work I want even stop there to eat. I've been doing this faithfully now for the past 5yrs. Every since he been employed there. Yes!! I have in the past visited there before with some of the other cooks working. However when I did it was either made wrong or it's was sometimes cold as well as SLOPPY. SOME PEOPLE REALLY DON'T TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THEY ARE REALLY JUST THERE FOR A PAYCHECK. NOT FOR THE SAKE OF THE COMPANY OR THE CUSTOMERS. I CANNOT SAY THAT ABOUT THIS YOUNG MAN BECAUSE I HEARD HIM I QUOTE I WILL NEVER SERVE SOMETHING THAT I WOULDN'T EAT. NOW THAT WAS AN A A A PLUS IN MY BOOK. IF THIS YOUNG MAN IS NOT IN MANAGEMENT THEN HE SHOULD BE BECAUSE HE DESERVE IT IF ANYBODY DOES HE MOST DEFINITELY DOES...
Just left this Hardess at 9 pm at night after driving from Panama City trying to help a friend prepare for the possible hurricane coming. Order food only to have someone come out to the car to advise us that we could have saved money by ordering the brown bag special with the drink. First off, that's not on the menu, second we did order a drink we didn't get and then was advised it would be extra to get. Poor management. Poor supervision. Poor customer service. I feel sorry for anyone who has to stop in here during the storms and are taken advantage of like we were.
I sat there for 10 mins at the drive thru and NO one never asked for my order. I was the only person in the parking lot!!!
Prices are high. Biscuits was good. Potatoes was cold and soggy.
Good food here and decent service. They serve breakfast as well as lunch and dinner and have some dessert options. I haven't tried the coffee but have heard good things about it. The cashiers are usually friendly and the environment is calm. The restrooms here are decent but you prefer clean restrooms, I recommend elsewhere. Overall, this place is a good place to eat and a cheap option for good food.
