Great place and quiet

Had reserved a room for family 2 months prior to their arrival, my family got a phone call less than a week before they were supposed to arrive and were told they had forgotten about the reservation and all the rooms were booked. They did offer a free night but we decided not to do business with them, for fear they would forget again.
